Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Scan2Grow (scan2grow.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Scan2Grow provides a QR code-based platform that allows businesses to collect customer star ratings, generate AI-written Google reviews, and post them to Google Maps. The service includes a custom QR code, a hosted review page, and AI review generation for a one-time setup fee.

User Obligations

By using our service, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate business information including your correct Google Maps listing URL.
  • Use the service only for legitimate business reputation management.
  • Not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or replicate the platform.
  • Ensure you have the authority to represent the business being registered.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • The current one-time setup fee is ₹1,499 per shop.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Scan2Grow reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

Service Delivery

After successful payment, your custom QR code and review page will be set up and delivered within 24–48 hours via email or WhatsApp. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, AI systems, and technology on scan2grow.in are the intellectual property of Scan2Grow. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Scan2Grow is not liable for:
  • Changes to Google Maps' review policies that affect posted reviews.
  • Removal of reviews by Google due to their own content policies.
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
  • Loss of business or ranking due to factors outside our control.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service if we determine that the service is being misused or if the user violates these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to Terms

Scan2Grow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
