Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
At Scan2Grow (scan2grow.in), we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
Eligibility for Full Refund
A full refund will be issued if any of the following conditions are met:
- Service not delivered: Your QR code and review page were not delivered within 5 business days of payment.
- Product not working: The QR code does not scan, the review page fails to load, or the AI review generation is completely non-functional.
- Performance issues: The platform consistently fails to generate or post reviews despite correct setup, and the issue is confirmed by our technical team.
- Incorrect setup: We set up the wrong business details and are unable to rectify it within 48 hours of being notified.
- Double payment / duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Setup not initiated: You cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and setup has not yet begun.
Refund requests must be raised within
7 days of purchase with supporting details (screenshots, error descriptions).
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will
not be issued in the following cases:
- The QR code has been delivered and is working, but the customer changed their mind.
- Low review volume due to low customer footfall or customers not scanning the QR.
- Google removing reviews due to their own content policies (outside our control).
- Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong Google Maps link).
- Refund requests raised after 7 days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment if setup has not yet been initiated — a full refund will be issued.
- After setup has begun, cancellation is not possible. However, if you experience a qualifying issue (see Eligibility above), a refund can still be requested within 7 days.

Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
